Historic Folsom Station has sixty residential lofts, forty-six are one-bedroom and fourteen are two-bedroom.  

The first thirty lofts available will be located in the Granite House and range in size from 672 to 1,185 square feet. The second seventeen lofts available will be in Sutter Row and range in size from 856 to 1,686 square feet. The third thirteen lofts available will be in the Leidesdorff building and range in size from 733 to 1,125 square feet. Please indicate your preferences below.
