With its heavy timber balconies and metal shed roofs, the design of this building reflects the industrial style of the old freight buildings that used to line the north side of the railroad tracks back in the 19th century. Facing Leidesdorff Street, the lobby and parking are on the ground level. On the plaza elevation, there are 6,045 square feet of retail and restaurant space facing the plaza on the south and 5,101 square feet of office space facing Leidesdorff Street. Above the retail and office spaces, there are thirteen residential lofts that range in size from 733 square feet to 1,125 square feet.
