Continuing the 1800’s architectural fabric of Sutter Street’s 700 block, the Sutter Row building is designed to appear as four separate buildings. On the Sutter Street frontage, there are four retail spaces that range in size from 2,162 square feet to 5,403 square feet and 6,669 square feet of office space facing north overlooking the plaza. Above the retail spaces, there are seventeen residential lofts that range in size from 856 square feet to 1,686 square feet. Parking is located on the plaza level of the building with access via the alley which also serves the depot and outdoor amphitheater.
