Construction on the Granite House, the Leidesdorff Building, and Sutter Row will begin in the near future. The first building to be constructed will be the Granite House, which is on the corner of Reading Street and Sutter Street right across from the light rail station. The construction of this building will begin first so that access to the parking garage will be unobstructed, and the removal of additional parking spaces will not be required.
