Historic Folsom Station, located on 4.9 acres of the original Sacramento Valley Railroad depot grounds, will include four privately owned buildings, The Roundhouse, Granite House, Sutter Row, and the Leidesdorff building. Historic Folsom Station includes a 315-space public parking garage, a public plaza, amphitheater, and listed on the National Register of Historic Places, the railroad depot and turntable. In addition, the Folsom Railroad Museum and The Square, a historical interpretive area and makerspace are located there.
Located around the Historic Folsom Station Plaza, the plan offers beautifully designed residential lofts, dining, retail, and office space. The plaza is a popular hub for the outdoor concert series and events at the amphitheater, weekly Farmer’s Markets, and holiday happenings, including the Christmas tree lighting and seasonal ice rink around the historic railroad turntable.
